I’m a jump-in-the-trenches, get-shit-done creative leader who loves designing as much as concepting. With a background in digital design and traditional advertising, both agency and brand side, I blend creative vision with strategic insight to develop culturally relevant work for high-profile brands.

What truly fuels me, though, is the people. I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with insanely talented teams on projects that push boundaries, make an impact, and, most importantly, make me proud. That is what keeps me inspired.

Away from the deadlines and brainstorms, I’m a husband to a beautiful wife, a father to two incredible daughters, a golfer forever working on his swing, a fisherman who mostly enjoys the peace and quiet, a woodworker who appreciates making things that don’t require stakeholder approval, a traveler who loves trying new food, and a purveyor of fine scotch, preferably after a long day of making things happen.

Oh, and it’s pronounced Baloo. Just like my favorite cartoon character.
