The Seattle International Film Festival draws nearly 150,000 movie lovers each year, eager to discover bold new voices from over 80 countries. With films, documentaries, and shorts you won’t see again in U.S. theaters, it’s a one-of-a-kind celebration of global storytelling.
Our campaign took the festival experience to the next level, making the journey as exciting as the films. We created SIFF Movieoke, where fans get to shout their favorite movie lines before every screening. From a 60-second theater trailer to VR experiences, Snapchat filters, and interactive bumpers, we made sure SIFF was more than just a festival—it was an unforgettable experience that turned the audience into the stars.

Before every film, we turned the spotlight on the audience with a first-of-its-kind theater karaoke—a game where fans shouted out their favorite movie lines like they were the star. Using clips from iconic SIFF films, we brought those unforgettable moments back to life, with the audience front and center.
Step Into the Scene
In the lobby, we invited viewers to step into the spotlight with a 360° VR experience, where they became the star of their very own movie scene.
